In order to provide the best quality and customer service to our customers, we currently are not selling jewelry through our website. We want you to wear your jewelry as soon as possible. In-stock orders will be shipped within three business days. However, most jewelry pieces will depend on the availability of stones and we will notify you as soon as possible if more time is needed to complete your order.

Customer service is our top priority! We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with or work with you to exchange an item. The item must be returned to Simply Bean in its original unused condition with tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
